These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Planigramme by any user. Use of the service constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Planigramme is an online collaborative scheduling tool that enables associations and volunteer teams to manage their schedules, timeslots and teams. The service is provided by ASTRALYM EURL.
Access to the service requires creating an account with a valid email address. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all actions performed from their account.
The user agrees to use the service in accordance with French law, not to attempt to compromise its security, not to distribute illegal content, and not to use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
The service, its source code, trademarks and content are the exclusive property of ASTRALYM EURL. The user is granted a personal, non-transferable right of use.
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, the user accepts this policy.
ASTRALYM EURL strives to ensure service availability 24/7, without guarantee of continuous availability. Maintenance interruptions may occur. Users will be informed as far as possible.
ASTRALYM EURL cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of data or revenue.
ASTRALYM EURL reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed by email. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
