These Terms of Sale govern the conditions for subscribing to and paying for Planigramme subscriptions offered by ASTRALYM EURL.
Planigramme offers two subscription plans: monthly at €9 incl. VAT/month, or annual at €90 incl. VAT/year (equivalent to €7.50/month, representing 2 months free). Prices are inclusive of VAT. ASTRALYM EURL reserves the right to modify its pricing with 30 days' notice.
Every new user benefits from a free 14-day trial period with no commitment and no payment details required. After the trial period, access to paid features is suspended until a subscription is taken out.
Payment is made online by credit card via our secure payment provider Stripe. Bank details are not stored by ASTRALYM EURL.
The subscription is automatically renewed at its expiry date (monthly or annual). The user will receive a reminder email before each renewal. They can cancel at any time from their account to avoid renewal.
The user can cancel their subscription at any time from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. Access to the service is maintained until that date.
Subscriptions are not subject to pro-rata refunds in the event of cancellation mid-period. By exception, any subscription taken out in error may be refunded within 14 days of subscription (right of withdrawal, Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), upon request to [email protected].
An invoice is issued at each renewal and is available in the user account. The applicable VAT is that in force in France at the time of invoicing.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction. For any consumer dispute, the customer may refer to the competent consumer mediator.
