In the course of using the Planigramme service, we collect the following categories of data:
Account data: first name, last name, email address, encrypted password. This data is provided directly by the user when creating their account.
Team and schedule data: information relating to team members, timeslots, schedules and timeslot swaps. This data is entered by users in the normal course of using the service.
Usage data: browsing data, actions performed in the application, timestamps, IP address. This data is collected automatically for the purpose of improving the service.
Payment data: payments are processed by our provider Stripe. We do not store any bank or payment card data on our servers. Only the information necessary for subscription management (status, renewal date) is retained by us.
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
User account management: creation, authentication and administration of your account. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
Provision of scheduling features: management of teams, timeslots, schedules and swaps. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
Usage analytics: audience measurement and continuous improvement of the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR). We use Simple Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that collects no personally identifiable data.
Marketing communications: sending information emails about new features or commercial offers. Legal basis: consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Account data: retained for the entire duration of account activity, then deleted within 3 years of closure or last activity.
Technical logs: retained for 12 months for security and debugging purposes.
Payment data: retained for 5 years in accordance with applicable French legal accounting and tax obligations.

ASTRALYM internal team: team members access data within the limits of their responsibilities and service requirements.
Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting): our hosting provider, located in the European Union, ensures the physical and technical security of our infrastructure. Address: Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany.
Stripe (payment): online payment processing provider. Stripe processes payment data as a GDPR-compliant sub-processor.
Simple Analytics (analytics): a privacy-respecting audience analysis tool. Simple Analytics collects no personally identifiable data and does not use tracking cookies.
Crisp (customer support): chat and support tool. Support conversations may contain personal data voluntarily shared by the user. Crisp acts as a sub-processor under the GDPR. Processing locations: European Union / United States (standard contractual clauses).
Google (SSO authentication): we offer login via Google OAuth. Google may process identification data (email, name) during authentication. These transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.
Microsoft Azure (SSO authentication): we offer login via Microsoft OAuth. Microsoft may process identification data during authentication. These transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses (SCC).
Cloudflare Email (email routing): we use Cloudflare Email Routing for managing certain email addresses. Cloudflare may process email metadata (sender, recipient, timestamp). Headquarters: San Francisco, United States. Transfer governed by SCC.
Laravel Nightwatch (application monitoring): application performance and error monitoring tool. Technical data (stack traces, anonymized requests, error logs) may be transmitted. Hosting: European Union (Amazon Web Services EU).
Some of our providers may process data outside the European Union. In particular, Stripe has servers in the United States. These transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of protection in accordance with the GDPR.
