Paste your participants and pick a frequency: everyone gets the same number of turns, give or take one, and nobody works two turns in a row when it can be avoided.

For each date, the tool picks the people with the fewest turns so far. The gap between the busiest and the least busy person never exceeds one turn.
Only when it is mathematically unavoidable: when there are fewer than twice as many participants as people per date. Otherwise nobody gets two consecutive dates.
It shuffles the starting order. Write it down: the same list with the same seed always gives the exact same schedule.
No. Names are only used to compute the schedule on screen; they are neither stored nor logged on our servers.
